Each State has a State Site. The State Affiliate has the opportunity to pull from the best of the Metro and Community sites to help sell sponsors and advertisers at the state level.
All Winners in the Events will progress through the State Celebration. Each of the Events for the year will send a winner from each Metro Area to be in the State Celebration. Videos will be made of this process for display on all Sites in the Network. Sponsors will want a tie in at State Level.
Many of the Activities progress to State levels as well. These Activities will be video taped for play on our Network Sites.
