Founders
Social Entrepreneurs, people with the desire to do something worthwhile and make it a profitable effort for all. We call these people Founders, they are the Marines who land first, they are the ones to clear the way for a safer landing for the others to follow.
Our Founders adopt or accept the challenge to build a successful Event or Activity. We provide the briefing and mentoring to equip them with the tools they need and the motivation to enable them to empower their troops to gain the objective.
Each of our Events and Activities has a Founder at their base. Someone who took on the challenge, a visionary who moved by faith to make that which was invisible, visible. There are people with the vision and courage to accept challenges. Every community has them, we call ours Founders.
They are the ones who direct the activities to coordinate with the overall strategies of the Network. The planners, the engineers of our society, the kind of people who land in a new country and build roads and railroads connecting the water holes and natural raw materials to a way to improve.
As a Founder, you will be responsible for the overall success of a particular Event or Activity. Your Director and you will team up with our Metro Affiliate to make things happen in your community.
